POSTION SUMMARY
The Operations Manager is responsible for those client facilities and personnel under his / her supervision to ensure that the Company is providing professional and quality service and to ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and compliance standards established by the Company, by our Clients, and by regulatory authorities. The Operations Manager is also responsible for ensuring that the planned profitability of responsible accounts is realized.
Pay: $60K to $75K
The pay listed is the salary range for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.
You may be eligible to participate in a Company incentive or bonus program.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
Three (3) or more years management experience preferred.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is preferred.
Previous aviation industry experience preferred.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Proven budgeting, expense control and scheduling experience.
