Overview:

We are seeking a Backoffice Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing various office and inventory tasks efficiently. This position offers the opportunity to oversee business operations and contribute to the smooth functioning of our retail environment(s).

Responsibilities:

ELECTRONIC PRICE BOOK, INVENTORY, AND INVOICE MANAGEMENT:

· Perform all actions related to keeping our electronic price book (success systems) up to date.

· Enter vendor invoices with each received order to track price and quantity changes.

· Enter vendor promotions and sales to sync with register system.

· Change individual and group item prices as needed.

· Enter in new product UPCs and descriptions as needed.

· Keep track of locally purchased inventory for P&L reports.

· Check in apparel and novelty item orders to ensure order accuracy.

· Create and affix price tags as needed.

· Assist with proper display and merchandising of received items.

· Adjust indoor and outdoor signage and POP based on price and promotional changes.

· Other tasks as requested.

OFFICE MANAGEMENT:

· Assist store owner with HR documents and filings such as new employee paperwork, entering new employees into online HR portal.

· Receive PTO requests from employees and conference with owners and managers whether to approve based on future schedules.

· Maintain and keep business documents up to date such as new employee paperwork, policies, handbooks, personnel action forms, etc.

· Act as liaison between Country Corner Market and its product vendors, support agents, contractors, etc.

The Office Manager will occasionally be expected to assist regular team members with tasks to ensure continuous and efficient store operation during busy times.

· Operate cash register, perform sales of items.

· Empty trash, clean tables and other surfaces, clean floors and surrounding grounds.

· Stock shelves and coolers as needed.

REQUIREMENTS:

· 18 years of age or older.

· Able to lift items up to 30lbs.

· Valid Driver’s License and access to a car or other motorized vehicle, and liability insurance on such vehicle.

· Reliable cellular or home phone.

· High School diploma, GED, or relevant previous experience.

· Availability to work any shift or day.

· Ability to work minimum 40-hour week.

· Basic to intermediate math skills.

· Intermediate to advanced computer skills: spreadsheets, word processing, ability to navigate an online inventory system.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
