Who we are, Client Success

Ready Rebound is seeking passionate individuals to join our Client Success team in Milwaukee, WI. The Client Success team is a crucial component of the Ready Rebound client experience to ensure that clients derive maximum value from Ready Rebound services, ultimately leading to customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention. Client Success leads the onboarding and implementation process for a highly effective and positive experience during the process of adopting and integrating new services into their operations. This is critical for building long-term relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving the intended outcomes of Ready Rebound services.

About the Client Services Manager role:

As a dynamic Client Services Manager at Ready Rebound, you will blend the responsibilities of an Account Manager with the task of managing existing client accounts. This position entails identifying new business leads within existing clients, providing education on new products, ensuring ongoing client engagement, and driving renewals. The Client Services Manager will be instrumental in maintaining strong client relationships, aligning with Rebound's core values.

Key Responsibilities, Duties, and Objectives:

Account Management:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for existing clients, fostering strong relationships.
  • Implement strategic account management practices to identify opportunities for growth within existing clients.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align account strategies with overall business goals.

Client Engagement:

  • Conduct regular check-ins with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for additional services.
  • Utilize strong communication skills to present and explain new products and services to clients.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams to address client needs and concerns promptly.

Renewals and Retention:

  • Implement a proactive approach to ensure timely renewals, leveraging strong record-keeping through CRM systems.
  • Develop and execute strategies to maximize client retention and prevent churn.

Account Manager Competencies:

  • Demonstrate exceptional relationship-building skills.
  • Utilize effective negotiation skills to secure renewals and identify upsell opportunities.
  • Employ strategic account planning to align with client and company objectives.

Job Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree and experience in administration, government, and training preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years proven sales or account management experience preferred, but not required.
  • Ability to travel as needed.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications, with experience in CRM, specifically Salesforce.
  • Strong foundational knowledge of business management and business development.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, analytical skills, and strong computer skills.
  • Highly organized, motivated, and capable of working in a flexible, dynamic, and fast-paced environment.
  • Embrace continuous improvement strategies and provide strong oversight in all general areas of business.
  • Ability to problem-solve, lead conflict resolution, build workplace teams, make decisions, and troubleshoot effectively.
