Who we are, Client Success

Ready Rebound is seeking passionate individuals to join our Client Success team in Milwaukee, WI. The Client Success team is a crucial component of the Ready Rebound client experience to ensure that clients derive maximum value from Ready Rebound services, ultimately leading to customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention. Client Success leads the onboarding and implementation process for a highly effective and positive experience during the process of adopting and integrating new services into their operations. This is critical for building long-term relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving the intended outcomes of Ready Rebound services.

About the Member Training and Implementation Specialist role:

The Training and Implementation Specialist will look to drive value to the Ready Rebound customer and deliver a complete, quick, and smooth training and onboarding by utilizing their product knowledge, and subject matter expertise and making solution recommendations. This role will be responsible for driving successful member onboarding from start to finish, setting the underlying foundation of their Ready Rebound solution, while promoting maximum value for their investment in Ready Rebound.

Will provide oversight and responsibility for client training function, to include maintenance of the training cadre. The Training and Implementation Specialist is also responsible for enhancing our delivery through advising sales and scoping efforts, providing insight to R&D, and training/mentoring fellow team members.

Training and Implementation Specialist Responsibilities:

  • Drive and manage new member training and onboarding from start to finish by providing guidance, assistance, and support to members.
  • Communicate effectively and on professional footing with Department Leadership (i.e. Fire/Police Chiefs) and other critical external stakeholders.
  • Interact directly with clients and client stakeholders, including department coordinators, risk and worker’s compensation representatives, human resources, and clinical providers regularly, guide them through the process, and empower them to become our advocates and successful advocates and champions of Ready Rebound services.
  • Understand client requirements and pain points and partner with cross-functional teams to simplify, enhance, and automate existing processes that will improve client workflow.
  • Work closely with the departments to facilitate and drive a consistent member experience and ensure successful training for new members.
  • Ensure Ready Rebound is meeting 85% of members onboarded and trained, which improves utilization and prevents churn.
  • Communicate important milestones to all internal and external stakeholders.
  • Develop processes and reporting to ensure visibility and successful completion of all onboarding and training tasks.
  • Compliment key product discussions by gathering and communicating customer feedback and feature requests to ensure Ready Rebound is a “must-have solution.”
  • Collaborate with other departments within Ready Rebound to drive efficiency in delivery.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to both members and Ready Rebound team members.

Requirements and Preferred Experience:

  • 5-7 year’s experience in a Training and Implementation role
  • Not required, but preferred prior experience working with Workers Compensation, HR, Risk Management, First Responders
  • Ability to train customers on product or service solutions to address key workflows and business processes.
  • Ability to provide clear and effective phone support, assistance, and recommendations to build positive relationships with customers.
  • Strong Excel skills, including using Functions/ Formulas
  • Track record of working in a fast-paced environment while balancing internal procedures and process improvements, all while collaborating with team members
  • Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing product and respond strategically to customer needs.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills including verbal and written communication skills, teamwork, and customer service skills.
