ReBath is looking to hire a Field Service Manager with additional warehouse responsibilities for our Columbus location. This position plays a critical role in ensuring that we provide an unparalleled remodeling experience through tailored bath design, exceptional communication and expert installation.

This position requires construction skills, caulking, bathroom plumbing diagnosis and repair, grab bar and bathroom accessory installation. This position is also responsible for receiving incoming product and ensuring inventory accuracy. You will also properly stage outgoing material.

Requirements of Field Service Manager:

• Experience in construction and service
• Use of tablet, email, record keeping is required
• Detail oriented
• Ability to work independently
• High level of professionalism and attention to detail
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to lift 75 pounds
• Forklift experience
• Travel to our other locations, Cleveland, Indy, Pittsburgh in a company van will be required
• Able to pass a background and drug test plus have a clean driving record

Responsibilities of Field Service Manager:

• Follow up on customer satisfaction issues and drives resolution with support of our production team
• Strong interpersonal skills, knowledge of conflict resolution strategies, and strong communication skills
• Ability to caulk at a very high level with extreme detail
• Bathroom plumbing diagnosis and repair
• Floor repair and installation
• Grab bar and bathroom accessory installation
• Receive incoming product and ensure inventory accuracy
• Properly stage outgoing material
• Ensure Installation have all required documentation
• Obtain and coordinate product delivery information from vendors
• Work with management team on a daily basis
• Keep warehouse organized and clean
• Follow company policies and procedures
