ReBath is looking to hire a detail-oriented warehouse manager and field service carpenter for our Columbus location. This position plays a critical role in ensuring that we provide an unparalleled remodeling experience through tailored bath design, exceptional communication and expert installation.

This position is responsible for receiving incoming product and ensuring inventory accuracy. You will also properly stage outgoing material. This position also requires construction skills, caulking, bathroom plumbing diagnosis and repair, grab bar and bathroom accessory installation.

Requirements of Warehouse and Service Manager:

• Ability to lift 75 pounds
• Use of tablet, email, record keeping is required
• Forklift experience
• Detail oriented
• Ability to work independently
• High level of professionalism and attention to detail
• Strong customer service skills
• Experience in construction and service
• Travel to our other locations, Cleveland, Indy, Pittsburgh in a company van will be required
• Able to pass a background and drug test plus have a clean driving record

Responsibilities of Warehouse and Service Manager:

• Receive incoming product and ensure inventory accuracy
• Properly stage outgoing material
• Ensure Installation and Service Teams have all required documentation
• Obtain and coordinate product delivery information from vendors
• Work with management team on a daily basis
• Keep warehouse organized and clean
• Ability to caulk at a very high level with extreme detail
• Bathroom plumbing diagnosis and repair
• Floor repair and installation
• Grab bar and bathroom accessory installation
• Follow company policies and procedures
