Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team at Monks Construction. The Human Resources Manager will play a vital role in managing all aspects of HR functions within the organization, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies, and fostering a positive work culture. This is a full-time onsite position that reports directly to the CEO.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.- 3-5 years of progressive experience in Human Resources management, preferably in the construction industry.- Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices.- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
