A DAY IN THE LIFE OF THE HR GENERALIST

The Innovive Health Human Resources team is centralized in Massachusetts and is excited to be adding a new team member in Colorado! As the HR Generalist in the Colorado office, you will provide local HR support to employees on a daily basis. Partnering with the hiring managers, a significant part of your day will focus on identifying, attracting and hiring top talent to join the growing team at Innovive. You will use your sourcing and recruiting skills to identify qualified candidates, screen resumes, conduct interviews and extend offers of employment. In coordination with your peers in the HR department, you will also handle the administrative tasks for onboarding, new hire orientation, open enrollment, and will be the initial point of contact for employee inquiries. 

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 5 years of human resources experience (generalist)
• PHR or SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) credential preferred
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Proficiency with Dayforce or the ability to quickly learn the organization’s HRIS and talent management systems.
• Healthcare sector experience
