Quin Global US is Hiring a Business Development Manager Near Omaha, NE

Quin Global is a global manufacturer of adhesive and tool systems based in Omaha, NE. With our customer's needs in mind, we manufacture and distribute our innovative products and formulations from three strategic locations across the globe – Perth, UK; Omaha, USA & Canberra, Australia. Our products are sold globally through a network of almost 100 national and independent distributors.

Job Summary: The Business Development Manager is responsible for direct sales and establishment of/maintaining relationships with customers in the Pacific Northwest; Oregon/Washington/Northern California region; representing Quin to customers, ensuring customer satisfaction; contributing to an increase in profitable sales and maintaining Quin-customer relationships.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Addresses clients’ needs and acts as point of contact.
  • Facilitates sales process and establishes best practices.
  • Manages key accounts.
  • Organizes regular client meetings to discuss their requirements.
  • Resolves problems and handles complaints in a timely manner.
  • Identifies new potential customers.
  • Ensures budget and time requirements are met.
  • Stays up to date with new features and product launches.
  • Monitors and reports on sales performance analytics.
  • Suggests innovative ideas to increase sales and improve customer experience.
  • Understand company vison, goals, and any projects/direction to reach such goals.

Market Definition – Product Assembly of assigned territory

  • Included are distributors serving end users of Quin products and any accounts as assigned

Current Business

  • Accounts listed as assigned by territory are your responsibility.
  • Existing accounts that are listed in the Territory Account List (attached).
  • Accounts may exist that are in your Market Definition but are in another territory.
  • Director of Sales may assign or reassign accounts or leads to any territory for strategic reasons.

Key Competencies:

  • Possess excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Have confident, outgoing, and professional manner.
  • Understanding of revenue, gross profit and goals associated with.
  • Hands on experience with customer service.
  • Ability to gasp clients’ needs and to increase customer engagement.
  • Meeting and/or exceeding strict deadlines.
  • Proper use of grammar, spelling, and appropriate business language.
  • Possess excellent people management skills and provide feedback and coaching.
  • Analytical and time-management skills.

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant field preferred
  • Proven work experience as a sales account executive preferred
  • Possess excellent people management skills and provide feedback and coaching
  • Able to inspire and lead a team and hold team members accountable for results
  • Analytical and time-management skills

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Travel throughout Northern California, Oregon, and Washington region
  • Valid Driver’s License and vehicle insurance must pass a Motor Vehicle Record Check
  • Position requires the use of a personal communications device
  • Must pass a background check and drug screen
