About The Role

The Head of Client Success at Proxima will be responsible for ensuring our clients achieve and maximize their ROI with exceptional support and guidance. The ideal candidate has extensive experience developing and executing a customer success strategy that prioritizes client retention, client contract renewals and revenue expansion. They will use their expertise in data analysis and interpretation to measure the effectiveness of our performance and adjust strategies as needed. 

This person will be responsible for developing and implementing policies that address customer concerns while analyzing data and metrics around customer engagement and growth. They will also work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities for growth and expansion with existing clients and provide regular reporting and updates to clients on campaign performance. What You'll Do

  • Analyze and interpret data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of our performance and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Prioritize client contract renewals, client retention and revenue expansion.
  • Ownership of monthly recurring revenue and net revenue retention
  • Develop and implement targeted audience building strategies to increase the quality and quantity of high-intent leads for clients.
  • Use data and analytics to identify key audience segments and create targeted campaigns for each segment.
  • Measure the success of audience building campaigns using metrics such as click-through rate, conversion rate and ROI.
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities for growth and expansion with existing clients
  • Provide regular reporting and updates to clients on campaign performance, ROI, and other relevant metrics
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor to help them achieve their business goals
  • Manage and lead projects, collaborate with cross -functional teams, and maintain an exceptional and supportive relationship with clients.
What We Need
  • 7 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on paid media and analytics
  • Previous experience in Marketing Agency or SaaS environment preferred
  • Strong understanding of Google and Facebook analytics, including experience with Facebook Ads Manager, and Facebook Analytics
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to provide actionable insights for clients
  • Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships and driving business growth through digital marketing solutions
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Experience managing paid media performance across B2C client accounts 
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related field required.

$140,000 - $170,000 a year
Base Salary: $140k - $170k Bonus
The base salary range represents the low and high end of the anticipated salary range for this position. The actual base salary offered for this position will depend on numerous factors including individual performance, skills and experience. The base salary is just one component of Proxima’s compensation package which includes a wide range of medical, dental, vision and other benefits, as well as equity.
