About The Role
The Head of Client Success at Proxima will be responsible for ensuring our clients achieve and maximize their ROI with exceptional support and guidance. The ideal candidate has extensive experience developing and executing a customer success strategy that prioritizes client retention, client contract renewals and revenue expansion. They will use their expertise in data analysis and interpretation to measure the effectiveness of our performance and adjust strategies as needed.
This person will be responsible for developing and implementing policies that address customer concerns while analyzing data and metrics around customer engagement and growth. They will also work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities for growth and expansion with existing clients and provide regular reporting and updates to clients on campaign performance. If you’re flexible with changing dynamics and workflows, willing to manage and lead projects, keen on collaborating with cross-functional teams and are a people’s person, this opportunity is for you.
