THE ROLE:

Hartbeat is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join the team as the Manager, Client Services for one of our largest clients within Pulse, our brand-funded entertainment studio. This role is crucial in driving strategic client relationships and ensuring the successful delivery of our services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Client Relationship Management:

• Maintain strong relationships with key clients

• Work closely across Pulse internal stakeholders and clients to align business goals with Pulse services

• Effectively communicate with clients, internal stakeholders, and senior management

Project Management:

• Manage the execution of client projects from inception to completion

• Collaborate across creative, strategy & insights, brand partnerships and marketing teams to drive campaign success

Team Collaboration:

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services

• Implement processes for continuous improvement

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:

• 3-5 years of experience in client services/account management

• Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships and achieving business objectives

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment

• Results-oriented mindset with a focus on client satisfaction

• Ability to collaborate effectively across teams

COMPENSATION

Actual compensation within the pay range will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and work location. In addition to the base salary, the compensation package for this role also includes a discretionary bonus, based on individual and company performance.
