Job Description
As a Client Services Professional (also known as Client Relations Specialist, Customer Service Representative), you'll interact daily with Production and Operations Specialists to collect, track and distribute detailed, accurate information, updates to clients from order inception to completion. You'll also lead continual improvement in methods and tools to elevate the client experience, create a vision of optimal performance, set interim goals, and lead the way to achieve the selected objectives.
