Description
The Business Development Manager (BDM) is responsible to manage their respective Branch location and create, develop and implement sales strategies and plans that ensure achievement of assigned company objectives (quota) in terms of activity, revenue, profit, and client portfolio growth. The BDM will ensure that the day-to-day operation of the business is as efficient as possible, that all employees are aware of their responsibilities, that their performance meets expectations, the Branch is compliant with all Unemployment and Workers’ Compensation requirements and that the clients are satisfied with our service. Responsible for profit/loss of that particular Branch(es).
