Professional Project Partners is Hiring a Customer service specialist Near Des Moines, IA
Customer Service Specialist Des Moines Iowa P3 is working with an established Des Moines client looking for multiple Customer Service Specialists to support the Life and Annuity new business sales and specialist teams.
Work will include assisting with the transfer of incoming Life Insurance policies and annuity products. This position will require strong computer, data entry and phone skills.

Duties and Responsibilities :
- Prepare Life Insurance and Annuity transfer paperwork and letters of acceptance
- Assist with various administrative tasks to support Life and Annuity New Business Specialist team workflow.
- Demonstrates basic understanding of life insurance and annuity products and service offerings.
- Complete follow up calls to other insurance carriers and return calls, emails to customers.
- Complete ongoing training on products and service offerings and internal process changes.
- Build working relationships with Team Members, Managers, Trainers and Sales Agents.
- Manage daily work load.
- Have strong attention to detail while completing daily tasks efficiently.
Experience and Education Requirements :
- Associates Degree preferred
- High School diploma and 1 year of professional work experience preferred
- Experience working in a service center, or as a sales support team member
- Experience taking inbound phone call and logging the customer interaction
Salary Compensation :
- Salary - $43,000 / per year Bonus, 401K Match. Hourly Pay $18-$25 / hr
