Description:

Candidate will be assisting the Bank's national contact center within the mortgage line of business. Candidates will be the front line contact with potential customers of home mortgage. This role will consist of inbound calls from potential mortgage customers to inquire about their current mortgage needs. This is a short conversation (5-6 min). Much of the conversation is scripted to determine if they are interested in considering working with bank to finance a home purchase or refinance a current mortgage. At that point, the call center agent will pass this customer to a home mortgage consultant.
