As our nationwide growth accelerates, our Customer Service team in Des Moines plays a key role in driving forward our mission of Bringing Happiness to Every Home® by delivering a five-star experience for our customers who require a post-installation service.
As a Regional Customer Service Specialist at West Shore Home®, you will contribute to this mission by ensuring that each interaction with our customers exceeds expectations. You will report directly to our General Manager and work closely with our corporate Customer Service team, as well as the local Installation & Sales Managers.

What You’ll Contribute
In this role, you can expect to:
Handle both inbound and make outbound calls each day, establishing long-term relationships with our customer base
Respond to customer requests (phone, email, website, other company employees) for support due to issues relating to products previously installed.
Use product knowledge to resolve issues through questioning and trouble-shooting techniques over the phone
Order necessary parts through manufacturers and scheduling service visits when needed
