Working as a Customer Service Specialist, you will be a key role in supporting our customers by providing product and service information.

Customer Service Specialist ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• High level of customer service on a daily basis
• Build long standing relationships with customers by having proactive communication
• Communicate with all customers in a timely, professional, and courteous manner
• Provide information about the products and services
• Document and update customer records based on interactions
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
• Plan and organizes tasks and work responsibilities to achieve goals and objectives while remaining calm and professional under pressure
• Follow company policies and procedures
• Other duties as needed and requested by management

Customer Service Specialist EDUCATION AND WORK REQUIREMENTS:

• High School Diploma or GED Required
• 1-3 years of experience as a Customer Service Specialist or in a similar role is preferred
• Experience with industrial products preferred
• Ability to build rapport with clients, prioritize, and multitask
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Team player with strong organizational skills
• Good attention to detail to ensure all purchase orders are accurate
• Self motivated and posses a high level of productivity and organization
• Customer-focused attitude and desire to grow with and contribute to customer-focused company
• Ability to prioritize, plan, and organize responsibilities to achieve goals and objectives
• Ability to work in a high-pressure environment while maintaining a calm, professional attitude

Customer Service Specialist PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Work is performed in an office environment and requires the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards
• Full - Time position during normal business hours
• Extended periods of sitting
• Reliable and regular attendance is required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
