Tango is a leader in the home care health management industry and is preparing for significant growth! We are hiring a Financial Analyst to join our team.
The Financial Analyst analyzes financial status by collecting, monitoring, and studying data; recommending actions.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and update company budgetsPerform financial forecasting, reporting, and operational metrics trackingAnalyze financial/operational data and create financial models for decision supportReport on financial performance and prepare for regular leadership reviewsAccurately update systems to actual results, forecasts, and budgets. Analyze and provide commentary on variances.Recommend actions by analyzing and interpreting data and making comparative analyses; study proposed changes in methods and materialsIdentify and drive process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports, tools, and Excel dashboardsAssist in development of automated reporting/forecasting toolsDevelops and maintains product profitability & pricing modelsPartners with accounting to insure timely close cyclesReconciles transactions by comparing and correcting dataRecommends actions by analyzing and interpreting data and making comparative analyses; studying proposed changes in methods and materials.Maintain a strong financial analysis foundation creating forecasts and modelsResponsible for performing special projects to improve process efficiency and performance projectsContributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Education:
• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
Experience:
• 1-4 years of relevant experience• Proficiency in financial modeling techniques• Strong fluency with Excel formulas and functions• Good business acumen• Experience with Excel Power Query & MS Power BI (or other BI tool) preferred

Compensation:
• Salary: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
