The Role:
The EnterpriseFinance function contains the Corporate Controllers division, which includesthe Enterprise Controls & Oversight (EC&O) group. The Enterprise COSOtesting team is a component of EC&O. Enterprise COSO testing professionalsand will have enterprise-wide exposure to key stakeholders within the externalfinancial/risk/regulatory reporting infrastructure.
The Enterprise COSOTesting team within EC&O supports the Company’s on-going objective ofmaintaining an industry-leading information technology control environment andis responsible for the following directives:
Providing meaningfulassessments of application controls in scope for financial, risk, andregulatory reporting
Assessing compliancewith Company’s COSO based policies for application controls inscope for internal controls over financial reporting (SEC and RegulatoryReporting) and strategic planning for on-going application control compliancewith COSO policies (proactive anticipation of internal control related matters)
Monitoring new andemerging internal control related guidance and issues and assist withfacilitating group-wide training to interested and impacted stakeholders
Providing consultationand subject matter expertise for process and application control relatedmatters including evaluating severity of control deficiencies and relatedremediation efforts
Providing process andcontrol support and thought leadership for projects
Interfacing withexternal auditors, regulators and others on control related matters and,
Acting as a change agentfor continual improvement of the control environment.
This individual will bea member of the Enterprise COSO Testing team responsible for the following teamdirectives:
Performing COSOMonitoring responsibilities including:
Performing walkthroughsof significant processes and ensure required COSO documentation is accurate andreflects relevant risk and key controls
Performing COSO testingof key controls, including design effectiveness assessments and operatingeffectiveness testing
Validating andchallenging risk assessment conclusions, including assessing appropriatenessand completeness of key risk and key controls identified
Validating and providingcredible challenge to identified shared services, third party service providers,and significant applications
Validating andchallenging documentation of control deficiencies, including issue description,root cause, unmitigated impact, and corrective actions
Analyzing the severityof control deficiencies, both individually and in the aggregate, and the impactto internal control over financial reporting
Assessing the componentsof internal control for the business unit
Monitoring open controldeficiencies and validating corrective actions.
Building relationshipsand collaborating with key stakeholders in the applicable line of business andIT functions related to assigned process areas.
Assisting with ad-hocprojects.
In this role, you will:
Consult with the line ofbusiness and enterprise functions on financial reporting or informationtechnology governance, and controls and oversight matters
Identify compliance andrisk management requirements for supported area
Provide oversight fortesting and monitoring involving moderate to complex subject matter or controlareas
Communicate and provideconsultation regularly with stakeholders throughout the enterprise
Implement, operate, andreport results of certain elements of the company's policy, governance andoversight framework
Support implementationof moderate to complex projects and initiatives
Collaborate and consultwith peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals

2 years of Finance,Accounting, Analytics, Reporting or Business and Technology Audit experience,or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: workexperience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
A BS/BA degree or higherin one or a combination of the following: Finance, Accounting, Analytics, orReporting
Ability to successfullyoperate in a complex and matrixed environment
Big four publicaccounting experience
A Masters of BusinessAdministration (MBA) or a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) Designation
Knowledge andunderstanding of regulatory agencies: Federal Reserve and OCC
