• Financial Planning and Forecasting
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models to forecast company performance.
  • Assist with the annual budgeting process, working closely with department heads to align financial plans with organizational goals.
• Financial Analysis and Reporting
  • Provide insightful analysis of financial results, including variance analysis and key performance indicators (KPIs), to senior management and key stakeholders.
  • Craft and enhance visibility of relevant KPIs necessary to measure business performance.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and variances highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Perform ad-hoc analysis to support special projects and business decisions.
• Strategic Planning and Decision Support:
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to evaluate new business opportunities, assess financial implications, and provide recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Partner with business unit leaders to develop financial strategies that drive growth, optimize resources, and maximize profitability.
  • Identify areas for cost optimization, efficiency improvements, and revenue enhancement through data-driven analysis and financial modeling.
  • Establish best practices, standardize processes, and implement tools to streamline FP&A operations and improve efficiency

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 3 years of experience in a Financial Analyst role with an FP&A focus.
• Proficient in financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial management software (e.g., NetSuite, Hyperion, PowerBI, Tableau).
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and data integrity.
• Team player with a collaborative mindset and strong interpersonal skills.

• Industry experience: Private company, health insurance, healthcare solutions, or similar.
