Job Description: District Manager
The District Manager reports directly to the Chief Sales Officer and has functional responsibility for the development, implementation, and operational management of the district field sales force, agent management team, and agent activations. The District Manager will have full P&L responsibility for his/her assigned geographical area of responsibility. Through the leadership of a team of Sales Representatives and Territorial Manager, the District Manager will be responsible for developing the agent network by adding productive points of distribution necessary to serve as well as selling ancillary products and services (e. g. Check cashing, money orders, bill payment, prepaid products, etc.) to consumers through agent network.
Responsibilities of the Role:
Support the development of staff and teams to support strategic growth by developing and implementing training tools and processes.
