The Area Manager will plan and lead the activities of all stores within the assigned area of operations including full profit and loss responsibility while acting within the scope of the company
objectives to accomplish regional and area goals. Using their skills and experience to ensure their area is not
only operationally sound but a positive, team-oriented environment that delivers results.

The Area Manager
works alongside their Store Managers to ensure that they are being developed appropriately, and provide our

You Bring:
● Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or a related field, equivalent experience
● 4 years of multi-unit retail management experience with progressively more responsibility and
demonstrated success in sales of high-ticket items is preferred
● Must reside within the area/region of responsibility
● Experience with Client Relationships-Full Customer Lifecycle Environment from Prospecting to Post
Purchase/ Personal Goal Setting/Individual performances
● Experience with general office equipment, such as a computer, calculator, copier, and telephone.
Proficient with POS systems, Google Suite, and/or MS Office applications

distance
