Position Overview: Outside Sales Coordinator

As an Outside Sales Coordinator, you’ll play a pivotal role in our success. Your mission? Generate sales demand and pipeline revenue through inbound and outbound lead development. Here’s a deeper dive into your responsibilities:

  • Business Development: You’ll be the proud hunter of new business sales, catering to the high demand for Pro-Tech Vinyl Repair Services. Your focus? Prospective business customers.
  • Consultative Approach: Master a truly consultative, HELP-oriented, and highly ethical sales process that delivers results.
  • Strategic Prospecting: Utilize our database and your own discoveries to prospect new business via telephone, walk-ins, local networking, email, and social media.
  • Territory Management: Enjoy a protected territory with abundant potential business waiting to be tapped.
  • Sales Tools and Aids: Arm yourself with robust Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and an arsenal of other sales tools for maximum effectiveness.
  • Data Management: Regularly enter collected data from prospects for efficient follow-ups.

Additional Benefits:

  • Base Salary Commission: Enjoy a solid base salary plus unlimited commission structure, a successful first year expect 60k plus as well as room for promotion.
  • Cell Phone Allowance: Stay connected with a cell phone allowance.
  • No Out-of-Pocket Expenses: Period! You’ll have a company fuel card.
  • Travel Opportunities: Must be able to travel for meetings, conventions, and other business-related events.

Office and Field Balance:

  • Field Work: Expect four days a week in the field, actively engaging with clients and driving sales.
  • Office Day: Dedicate one day a week to office-based tasks, such as planning, reporting, and collaborating with the team.

Additional Qualifications
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Strong customer service background
- Proficient in analysis skills
- Previous experience in sales
- Experience in outside sales and business development is a plus
- Ability to manage accounts effectively
- Familiarity with B2B sales and marketing strategies
- Knowledge of technology sales, Salesforce, and technical sales is advantageous
- Fluency in Spanish is a bonus
- Experience in territory management
- Ability to manage social media platforms efficiently

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $43,100.00 - $51,900.00 per year
