Job duties are as follows:

1. Strategizing on how to maximize the units (hours) we have available.

2. Creating and overseeing community scheduling.

3. Coordinating with HR to hire for open positions in community services.

4. Managing community services Staff.

5. Training new community service staff.

6. Networking to bring in more community clients.

7. Creating opportunities to maximize community services units such as planning company outings and events.

8. Researching community events and maintaining the activities calendar.

9. Creating and maintaining a communication system for community service staff like a community service group chat in ring central.

10. Attending POC (Plan of Care) meetings.

11. Complete summaries for community service clients per regulation.

12. Reviewing and approving community service progress notes.

13. Potentially completely DHI hours in the event staff calls out or if there are community hours available.

Compensation: Bonus for transitioning and referred clients.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.25 - $19.50 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
