As a Quality Assurance Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. Your duties will include:

- Developing and implementing quality assurance policies and procedures
- Conducting regular quality audits to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to establish quality control measures
- Overseeing the implementation of quality systems and processes
- Leading and managing a team of quality control inspectors
- Monitoring and analyzing quality data to identify trends and areas of concern
- Investigating customer complaints and implementing corrective actions
- Ensuring compliance with FDA regulations and CGMP guidelines
- Managing the documentation and record-keeping processes related to quality assurance
