Premier Logitech is Hiring a Project Manager Near Coppell, TX
At Premier LogiTech, the Project Manager is the direct line of contact with our Clients and liaison between the Client, internal Sales and Operations teams when onboarding the Client and introducing new products and services to an existing Client’s portfolio. The Project Manager will conduct routine health checks with each assigned Client, provide Client key metric reporting against SLAs, prepare invoices, and execute escalations through fruition.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Serve as central point of contact in the implementation phase and routinely relay project information to management and key stakeholders.
- Manage project scope and change requests along with external client expectations.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project success and client requirements are executed.
- Consult with client to manage expectations and ensure products meet client needs.
- Review documentation and ensure it is complete, acceptable and in alignment with project scope and customer requirements.
- Prepare regular project status reports in accordance with the guidelines set by leadership.
- Support launch plans for new services and client requirements, including reporting and documentation necessary.
- Assess and evaluate client needs for initial scope of project and develop project specifications and objectives based on the assessment.
- Prepare and maintain project plans and client-facing communications including, but not limited to, project timelines, schedules, agendas and training plans.
- Conduct onsite presentations, webinars, and conference calls during the implementation phase to orientate a new client, collaborate with contacts and educate client contacts on the systems and processes.
- Proactively identify factors jeopardizing the project and escalate issues to proper teams and/or management as appropriate.
- Manage multiple projects, tasks, and responsibilities simultaneously.
- 5 plus years’ experience designing processes, managing third party providers, internal departments and directing operations for new business implementations in forward and reverse logistics.
- 5 plus years’ experience working directly with internal and external clients.
- Strong consultative, analytical and problem solving skills.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple competing projects.
- Detail oriented, strong organizational skills and ability to work independently with Excellent interpersonal/communication and presentation skills.
- PMP Certification and Bachelor’s in complementary field of study preferred
- Comprehensive understanding of the technology and forward/reverse logistics services industry preferred
- An understanding of supply chain dynamics and how it relates to the entire product lifecycle is a plus.
