We create impact. As R&D Project Manager on the Engineering team, you will make a positive impact by: Develop and implement project plans, including defining project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.Lead cross-functional teams of researchers, engineers, and other stakeholders to execute projects effectively and efficiently.Coordinate and allocate resources, including personnel, equipment, and budget, to ensure project milestones are met.Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement corrective actions as needed to keep projects on track.Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates on project status, resolve issues, and solicit feedback.Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment that encourages idea generation and knowledge sharing among team members.Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies throughout the project lifecycle.Evaluate project outcomes and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous process optimization. QualificationsQualifications we’re looking for. Experience: Proven experience managing research and development projects in a fast-paced environment - for hardware and software projectsKnowledge of regulatory requirements and quality standards relevant to research and development activities.Skills: Strong project management skills, including the ability to develop project plans, manage resources, and mitigate risks.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate challenges and develop innovative solutions.Abilities: Proficiency in project management tools and software.
