As a Field Application Engineer Associate on the Engineering team, you will make a positive impact by: Support installation of alpha and beta tests, ensure regular monitoring and troubleshooting of the installation to provide the feedback for R&DOn site analysis to identify root cause issuesCoordinate the technical installation by acting in-between customers, partners, Ops and R&DTo ensure documentation and training is delivered and suggest improvementsTo ensure that products can scale and be supportedTrack and manage all actions and actors contributing to product readinessInform various stakeholders about the status of the projectIdentify risks and initiate corresponding countermeasuresHelp support teams with new productsEscalate according to internal guidelinesQualifications Qualifications we're looking for. Experience: At least 2 years of experience as a Field Service engineer, application engineer, or other relevant role in the field of IoT devices, electronic consumer products or SaaS productsSkills: Software: basic coding skills, scripting, Data analysis (AWS or Azure) (Azure Kusto Query, Sumologic, Splunk a plus)You have experience with Embedded/IoT devices : radio protocols like WiFi/BLE/Zigbee/LoRa – a plusAbilities: ​​​​​​​​​Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to convey complex information in a clear and understandable manner. Ability to liaise with individuals across a wide variety of operational, functional, and technical disciplines and work within a virtual global team environment. Education:​​​​​​​​​​​​​​University of Applied Sciences or Higher Technical College (with experience) for software engineering or equivalent experience.
