Premier Logitech is Hiring a Technical Production Lead Near Coppell, TX
Position Summary:
As a Technical Production Lead, you will be a hands-on leader that trains, directs, and leads a team in a production environment. The Technical Production Lead has the technical ability to perform tasks as written in work instructions, has the capability to trouble shoot technical issues, and identify possible production improvements within the competencies described in the job. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Uses Premier WMS and Shopfloor or other databases to manage inventory and production status.
Reviews production calendar and customer requests daily to plan, complete first articles, and report production completion and issues.
Identify issues and escalate correctly and timely based on the issue type.
Setting up new equipment and installing software and hardware
Ability to reimage or refresh different system platforms and transfer data accordingly.
Ability to calculate and track Production KPI’s as instruction from Production leadership.
Experience with troubleshooting and diagnosing problems in person, via telephone, and via email.
Competent in using Microsoft Applications- specifically Share Point and Excel.
Ability to physically monitor network access for users in secured areas.
Basic understanding of networking as it pertains to coordinating IT VLAN changes and basic troubleshooting with provisioning issues.
Comp TIA A or equivalent experience.
Detail oriented with the ability to learn detailed processes and methodologies.
Identify/Communicate noticeable problem trends and troubleshoot recurring problems to find permanent solutions.
Demonstrates excellence as an empowering and flexible employee in a dynamic fast-paced, hands-on, high stress environment.
Capture project specific data and report according to project guidelines.
Lead teams in production.
Training employees and documenting and filing training.
Complies with federal and government requirements as prescribed by the client’s statement of work.
Ensures all employees reporting to them, comply with federal and government requirements.
Perform kitting functions in WMS to accommodate requirements of customer Statement of work.
Other responsibilities as required.
Skills and Specifications Required:
Knowledge of computer component installation and imaging.
Experience with configuring /troubleshooting Windows Devices, Chrome books, and printers.
Ability to reimage or refresh laptops and desktops and transfer data accordingly.
Time management and ability to multitask on several projects.
Physical Requirements, with or without accommodation:
Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds.
Frequent walking, bending and kneeling; under desks for example.
Standing or sitting for up to 12 hours
