Job Overview:

Maternal Fetal Medicine Office / High Risk Obstetrics office looking for motivated person for Front/Back Office Receptionist at our brand new Center for Maternal and Fetal Health in Spring, TX.

Responsibilities include answering phone calls, scheduling, insurance verification, payment collection, vital sign checks.

Bilingual is a must. Please DO NOT apply if you are not bilingual. 3 years medical office experience required.

Fluency in conversational Spanish is required.

Some travel between Pasadena and East Houston Offices may be required on occasions.

Details of role include:

- Pre-certification/ authorization and insurance verification for all patients.

- Follow up on open & pending authorizations

- Calculate patient out of pocket estimates prior to visits/ procedures

- Contact patients regarding financial obligations

- Maintain clear communication with patients and insurance companies

- Answer phone for incoming calls, make outgoing calls and assist office as needed

- Scanning medical documents into patient accounts

- Ability to effectively multi task
