We are seeking a dedicated and versatile individual to join our healthcare team.

This position offers part-time to full-time hours based on preference and availability.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

• Understanding of HIPAA and all associated rules.
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a healthcare or spa setting is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills
• Must be detail-oriented, organized, and able to multi-task
• Passion for skincare, aesthetics or medical care, and customer service

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Receptionist:

• Manage front desk operations, including greeting and checking in patients/clients
• Handle phone inquiries, scheduling appointments, and managing patient/client records
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a pleasant experience for all visitors
• Assist in administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and office upkeep
