Job Description
handle phone calls
schedule appointments
verify insurance
check in/out patients
collect co-pays/patient responsibility and discuss global fees
scan documents, distribute faxes
daily close out
has EMR experience to input and retrieve patient information
Applicants must:
Be extremely personable, detail-oriented, and courteous, with excellent communication skills.
Must possess excellent phone and computer skills including use of MS Office, and multiple social media platforms.
Must be absolutely reliable, punctual, and committed to a long-term position.
