Job description

We have multiple companies in the business of Retail goods, Wholesale goods, and property management and in the future we may expand into other fields. We need someone who has the ability to take charge and maintain oversight of all our financial obligations and office duties.

Job is located in the midtown area. Reserved parking spot and office.

Specific Duties:

-Filing of state of local taxes
-Quickbooks management for multiple entities.
-Tracking of checks written
-Answer Phones & take messages and schedule contractors
-Send Wires and Payments to Vendors
-Maintain list of Vendors and Contractor
-Prepare end of year filings for taxes and work with Accountant

General Duties:

- Perform account analysis and reconciliation for various financial transactions
- Assist with accounts receivable and accounts payable processes
- Process payroll and ensure accurate and timely payment to employees
- Assist with governmental accounting tasks, such as preparing financial reports and tax filings
- Collaborate with team members to develop and maintain budgets
- Support the preparation of financial reports, including writing and formatting
- Provide assistance with technical accounting matters as needed

Skills:

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data analysis
- Proficient in using accounting software and tools
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Knowledge of tax regulations and financial reporting standards
- Familiarity with budgeting processes and techniques

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $42,000.00 per year
