PLAN-T Inc. seeks a dynamic, driven, and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to help the Sales team maintain our brand and customer base. Job Description Day-to-day work will range from supporting the sales team in processing customers' daily order requests and handling the daily office routine to ensure the customer could have a clear channel to engage with the sales team. Responsibilities Sales Operations Support: Taking care the customer who need to place orders or require information about products/services from the company, pass the task to correct sales member. Office Operations Support: Answer, record and process all company calls, requests, questions, or concerns. Operate telephone switchboard station. Assist company daily office operations. Qualifications And Skills Professional and articulate written and verbal communication (internal and external) Excellent cross functional communication and partnering skills Discretion is necessary in the handling of confidential information to remain in compliance. Ability to prioritize and multi-task Exceptional follow through and attention to detail. Familiar skills in Microsoft Office and G Suite Minimum of four days a week on site/office Must be able to read, write in, speak and understand English. Fluent Chinese or Spanish ability is plus.
