Administrative Assistant - 6 months Temp - Hybrid - San Francisco - $28-$35/hour

Highly regarded affordable housing nonprofit with a focus on creating access to affordable housing and homeownership, is seeking a proactive, organized, and creative administrative professional to provide support of day-to-day operations and maintain website and social media communications.

• Dates: Early April through September
• Hybrid: 2 days a week onsite, 3 days a week work from home

Primary Responsibilities:

• Scheduling meetings and liaising with internal/external stakeholders
• Website updates and maintenance
• Mailing list communications
• Social media posting
• Check the general email box and web contact form, and help organize the backlog of emails
• Help maintain (and sometimes create) protocols for file/document storage
• Support and complete data entry tasks to keep track of client information
• Ordering office supplies
• Mail handling & triage/collection from PO Box
• Coordinating upcoming office move
• Other office/admin tasks as needed

Ideal Qualifications:

• 3 years of experience in an administrative support role
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong tech skills, including Google Suite, MailChimp, and Squarespace or similar program
• Social media communications experience
• Attention to detail and follow-through
• Superior organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task
• Strong commitment to social justice
• Self-motivated, flexible, and a team player
