About the Perenchio Foundation
The Perenchio Foundation is a private foundation established by the late A. Jerrold “Jerry” Perenchio. We believe that the arts play an essential role in creating more equitable, culturally vibrant, and inclusive communities.

About the Position
The Foundation seeks a highly organized Administrative Assistant with a passion for the arts and a commitment to our mission to join our small, highly collaborative team. In this role, you will provide essential support to the Executive Director and our office operations. You will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, expense reimbursements, maintaining office supplies and equipment. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment, bring a strong sense of integrity to their work, and demonstrate a drive toward excellence.

This is a full-time, non-exempt position based in Pasadena, CA. This position is regularly required to sit, stand, bend, twist, and stoop; occasionally lift or carry up to 15 lbs. It may be necessary to work in busy and loud environments sometimes.
