What we're looking for:
We're looking for a product manager to help us envision and build the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) / real estate vertical operating system of the future. We’re seeking someone with experience working within B2B SaaS startups, a proven record of being a product owner for multiple core feature teams, and a desire to have an outsize impact and grow their career in a rapidly growing company.
In this role, you’ll work out of our New York City HQ in SoHo to build and execute on our product roadmap and improve customer engagement, retention, and satisfaction with our core product as the business scales.
What you'll do:
Lead full lifecycle product management efforts and oversee execution for some of our core platform functionalities and how users engage with, analyze and understand real estate data
Build clarity: Articulate the right problems to solve to hit goals and identify the next steps required to solve them via clear written and verbal communication.
Be Customer-Focused: You’ll be working with both internal and external customers- from working on configurability to empower our internal operations team to building out core functionality with our external enterprise customers.
Collaborate with your design and engineering counterparts to solve problems, compromise where needed, and find the optimal path to shipping the features brokers nationwide will use to serve their clients every day.
What you'll need:
4 years of experience building products in fast-paced environment with high ownership mentality or deep experience working with SaaS products with a demonstrated interest in building products
Grit, determination, and high accountability; you’re willing to roll up your sleeves and have a whatever-it-takes approach to ensure that your product and team are successful
Strong natural product sense and innate curiosity combined with customer- and problem-centricity; you correctly prioritize problems and their solutions with ease
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, enabling you to bridge gaps and collaborate with design, engineering, customer success, and external users

Salary Information:
To provide greater transparency to candidates, we share base salary ranges for all US-based job postings regardless of state. Our ranges are based on function and level benchmarked against similar stage growth companies. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including skills, job-related knowledge and depth of work experience.
The base salary for this position is $140K- $170K equity benefits.
Note: At this time, we are only considering candidates who are authorized to work in the U.S.
