Golden Artist Colors is seeking a: 

Position Title: Product Manager

Department: Marketing

Supervisor: Brand Portfolio Manager

Location: New Berlin

Salary:  $61,257 - $76,571

Responsibilities:

The Product Manager is responsible to support all the fine art brands under GOLDEN, as guided by the long-term product planning process, to develop new products, discontinue products and maintain product standards. This position works closely with the Sales & Operational Planning (S&OP) team to assure effective product management throughout the organization. 

Requirements:

Education Required:

Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing; advanced degree in business or marketing disciplines is desirable.

Experience Desired:

5-7 years experience

Type experience:

Experience with marketing and/or brand management in a branded business-to-consumer environment is required.

Special skills, abilities or talents necessary for this job:

  • Extremely well organized with demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines and balance resource usage.
  • Has experienced several cycles of concept-to-launch new product development
  • Consult with cross-functional personnel on product specifications such as design, labeling and packaging. 
  • Exceptional communication skills: written and verbal
  • Ability to prioritize resources to achieve deadlines and expected outcomes
  • Collaborator across departments, with the ability to engage with and inspire a wide range of personality types and skill sets.
