Palladium Times Square is an indoor live event venue located in the heart of Manhattan. Boasting both a large standing room orchestra section and large seating area, the venue represents the best of the best for those seeking a great entertainment experience!
To ensure that every event put on at Palladium Times Square exceeds the expectations of performers, special event hosts and guests, and entertainment seekers, we’re searching for a Production Manager to take our events to the next level! The Production Manager will be responsible for working directly with internal team members and stakeholders along with external promoters, event planners, talent, and others to ensure that the venue and production is set up optimally for their performance and that the execution of the event goes flawlessly.
The Production Manager will also be responsible advancing all events and being present on event days from load-through load-out, setting performance standards for Palladium Times Square, including creating standard workflows and operating processes so all staff and performers are aware of the intricacies of the performance, making sure that all events run smoothly and create a great experience for guests, and may include doing settlements with promoters, performers, or other venue renters when needed. In addition, the Production Manager will be responsible for managing the budget and timeline of events, will supervise the stage crew and perform quality checks, and will act as the Manager on Duty when needed.
Ideal candidates will possess a minimum of five years of experience in Production Management within the entertainment industry, an ability to adapt to changing production environments while maintaining quality and will be comfortable building and supporting an exemplary staff! Experience working with Unions is a strong preference.
