Oden Product Managers work with cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, data scientists and researchers to build products. We are looking for extremely entrepreneurial Product Managers who value strong communication, working closely with customers, and data-driven decision making.
Own the definition of product vision, strategy and roadmaps for their team’s area of ownership.
Identify significant growth opportunities through data analysis and customer research.
Understand Oden’s strategic positioning and deliver products that are aligned with the company’s mission.
Communicate team strategy and project information both internally on your team and externally across the company.
Organize the team’s development process to deliver projects in a well coordinated and timely manner.
Drive data and customer/ market research initiatives that inform product strategy and project scope definition.
Define and analyze key performance metrics that measure project success and inform next steps.
Work closely with stakeholders to understand cross team priorities, make informed tradeoff decisions, and ensure clear cross company communication.
5 years product management experience leading cross functional teams
Bachelor's degree (or foreign degree equivalent)
Drove product vision, creating roadmaps, defining team and customer KPIs, defining product requirements, coordinating resources from other groups (design, customer success, marketing etc.), and guiding the team through key milestones
Managed full product lifecycles, integrating customer feedback into product requirements, driving development process and pre/post-launch execution
Delivered technical presentations to internal and external stakeholders
Analyzed complex, large-scale data sets and making decisions based on data
Enthusiastic and resilient in a constantly evolving environment where the process is fluid and creative solutions are the norm
Preference for Data Analytics skill set - SQL, Python, high proficiency in Excel or Tableau
Manufacturing Industry experience a plus
