Job Description
1. Communicate with customers over the phone and face-to-face to understand their needs and establish a professional and solid relationship with them.
2. Provide services to clients in strict accordance with the Centre's working standards and service processes.
3. Assist in the development of the SaaS carbon neutral government service technology platform.
4. Maintain contact with contracted clients, make return visits to old clients and provide feedback on information; regularly visit unsigned clients to maintain good customer relationships.
5. Collect and analyze market data, and conduct regular market reports and sales reports.
6. Expand and improve the sales platform framework and promote product promotion.
Job Requirements
1. Strong information gathering and organizing ability and good writing skills, strong English ability, good writing skills, industry research experience is preferred.
2. Experience in carbon neutral field sales, course consultancy or related work
3. A down-to-earth attitude, conscientious work ethic, strong communication skills with people online/offline and good at thinking differently
4. Preferably with at least two years of experience living/working/studying overseas.
5. Preferred candidates are familiar with ESG, carbon inventory, green finance, responsible investment, rural revitalisation, corporate communications, etc.
