About the Opportunity:
Chelsea Piers is seeking to hire a Product Manager to join our Technology team. In this role, you will be responsible for solving hard problems and creating solutions that are valuable and usable to our customers, viable to the business, and feasible given our resources. This role reports to the Chief Technology Officer and works closely with colleagues in design, engineering, and operations.
As the Product Manager, Fitness, you will be expected to:
Study the Fitness market and drive innovations that will help differentiate Chelsea Piers Fitness from its competitors
Engage with key stakeholders across the company to define business needs and product requirements
Create and deliver the technology roadmap for the Chelsea Piers Fitness business, prioritizing strategic initiatives for maximum business impact and value creation for our customers
Collaborate closely with designers and engineers to consistently deliver effective solutions quickly
Define, track, and share success metrics in support of fostering a data-driven culture
Stay current on technological innovations and trends, identifying strategic opportunities for exploration

About You:
You are an entrepreneurial and versatile team player with a passion for building scalable technology systems that help create in-person experiences. You are comfortable setting a product vision as you are writing technical requirements and bringing order to complex systems and working collaboratively in a cross-functional team comes easily to you.
To the role of Product Manager, you will bring:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
Demonstrated understanding of the techniques and methods of modern product discovery and product delivery
6 years working on technology-powered products as either a product manager, product designer, engineer, data scientist, user researcher, orequivalent role
Demonstrated ability to learn multiple functional areas of business including engineering, design, finance, marketing, sales, and operations
Demonstrated ability to create solutions to hard problems with many constraints, using sound judgement to assess risks, and to lay out your argument in a well-structured, data-informed, written narrative
Prior experience working on the development of mobile applications
Proven ability to build collaborative relationships with technical and non-technical colleagues
An interest in combining technology, space, and people to create in-person hospitality experiences
Excellent communication and organizational skills
