About the Role
The Company is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to join their People and Culture team. This role is pivotal in the recruitment and hiring process for both direct and indirect labor positions, ensuring the company is appropriately staffed to meet its manufacturing and operations goals. The successful candidate will be a full-cycle recruiter, responsible for sourcing, conducting interviews, and extending offers. They will also be involved in temporary-to-regular conversions and will play a key part in fostering a diverse workforce. The role requires a proactive and inquisitive approach, with an emphasis on providing outstanding administrative support, building positive relationships, and being passionate about the candidate experience.Applicants for the Talent Acquisition Partner position should have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, with a preference for Human Resources or Business Administration, and a minimum of 2 years' of recruiting experience. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and sourcing tools are essential. The ideal candidate will be a team player, fluent in English and Spanish, and possess excellent communication skills.
