1. Summary of Position: (Brief description of overall responsibilities and function)
Under the direction of the Vice President of Human Resources, provides world-class recruiting services to meet the talent needs of the organization in a timely and cost effective manner. Assures compliance with all employment-related laws in all policies, practices and actions.

1. | Supervises recruitment staff to include leadership training, career development, performance management, management support, and overall recruiting agenda. | 20 |
2. | Develops & implements staffing strategies for full-time, part-time, temporary, contract labor and intern staff. | 20 |
3. | Develops effective hiring processes and relationships to have influence and impact on staffing process, including forming partnerships with external recruiting sources. | 20 |
4. | Develops and implements college relations initiative including internship and direct hire programs. | 5 |
5. | Manages the Career section of the company website and the staffing component of the HRIS to manage candidate communications and flow through hiring process. | 5 |
6. | Aggressively and creatively sources, recruits, interviews, assesses and presents top quality potential professionals to managers for hiring consideration. Effectively utilize recruitment related marketing tools. | 5 |
7. | Proactively seeks and develops a pipeline of qualified candidates. | 5 |
8. | Markets the Employee Referral Program. | 5 |
9. | Establishes & reports on metrics, including maintains current recruiting status of all open positions. | 5 |
10. | Maintains and updates applicant tracking system for EEO/AAP/VETS, including preparation of program reporting requirements. | 5 |
11. | Assists in the formulation of the company’s branding in the job marketplace. | 5 |
12. | Performs other duties and fulfill other responsibilities as assigned. | |
