You’ll use your strong communication and selling skills to present outstanding solutions to customers. This position is perfect for those who are serious about a long-term career path in sales, customer service, and business development in the Wadena and Brainerd areas. This is a full-time position working Monday - Friday from 8:00 am- 5:00 pm . Pay will depend on experience. Responsibilities of a Business Development Manager include: Acquisition of new accounts, retention of existing accounts Campaign management: Reach out to customer leads through cold calling Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status report Coordinate sales efforts with VP of Business Development and local branch operations Keep abreast of best practices and client trends Continuously improve through feedback
