Job Description Summary: Reporting to the VP, Office of the CEO for PayPal, the Director of Business Operations is responsible for empowering and enabling the Office of the CEO to operate with excellence. This role will lead planning, processes, and reporting for the Office of the CEO. This person will create best in class partnerships with all functions across the enterprise. Key Responsibilities

• Work cross-functionally to project manage and maximize impact of Office of the CEO initiatives across the organization.

• Has the ability to create connectivity and efficiency between the tools and processes used to execute internal, external and governance activities across PayPal (Board of Directors, Investor Day, Strategic Planning Offsites, CEO Staff op mechs, PayPal Global All Hands, CEO Site Visits, enterprise-wide community impact and culture building initiatives commissioned by the CEO, and more)

• Manage end-to-end successful delivery of events and key meetings, and track and measure these activities to ensure impact. Participate in the future planning and roadmap of the PayPal Operating System.

• Drive Business Planning for the Office of the CEO, including planning processes, planning communications, budget construction.
• Deliver Chief of Staff support for the VP, Office of the CEO, inclusive of executive presentations, external presentations and by supporting key executive and cross functional deliverables for CEO Staff.
• Provide thought leadership on opportunities for continuous improvement and operational excellence.

The U.S. national annual pay range for this role is $118700 to $246290
