What are we looking for in our Business Operations Analyst 4?

Our client, a global technology company is seeking a Business Financial Operations Analyst at San Jose, CA 95110.

Location: San Jose, CA 95110

Long Term Contract
Pay: $60/hr.-$67/hr. DOE

Duties:

• All aspects of Budget Management: monthly Forecasting, Accruals.
• Capex/Opex treatment of spends, review SOWs and PRs for processing.
• Work with our suppliers to ensure invoicing are accurate, through reconciliation and approvals by business owners.
• Resource Management - ensuring resource data are accurate on a daily basis.
• Process improvements to improve efficiency, optimization and scale.
• Reporting and Dashboarding.

Skills

• Strong Excel skills - formulas, scenario building, etc.
• Basic knowledge with data management
• Focus on data quality - A MUST
• Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills with experience providing business insights and recommendations that drives significant results.
• Ability to see the big picture while maintaining a curiosity to understand and know the detail.
• Self-starter with ability to successfully manage through ambiguity.
• Outstanding communication and partnership skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and stakeholders.
• Experience in Business, Finance or Information Technology.
• Excel Expert, pivot tables, analysis.
• Ability to create project plans and ppt deck for executive audiences.
• PowerBI is Nice to Have.

Education:

• Have a minimum of 7 to 10 years of practical work experience
