Path Engineering is Hiring a Customer Service Representative Near Chicago, IL
As a Customer Service Representative (also known as Customer Support Specialist, Client Relations Associate), you'll serve as the primary point of contact for customers, acting as a liaison between clients, sales, production, and shipping teams. Your responsibilities will include maintaining regular communication with all parties, coordinating customer requirements, managing inventory, scheduling production, and troubleshooting any unexpected issues to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
Benefits- Competitive salary ranging from $45,000 - $50,000, depending on experience.
- Standard work hours (8:00am to 4:45pm).
- Opportunity to work with a recognized leader in the manufacturing industry.
- A minimum of a two-year college degree is preferred, but equivalent work experience will be considered.
- 2-3 years of experience in a Customer Service position within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent oral/written communication skills, customer relation skills, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and Microsoft Excel.
