Overview:
A Medium sized mail solutions call center is seeking 18 Customer Service Representative to join their team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Temp to hire opportunity with excellent benefits once perm. Hours are Mon- Fri 8:30am -5pm.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Provide product information and resolve customer issues promptly
- Analyze customer feedback to improve service quality
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Qualifications:
- good computer skills.
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
- Previous experience in customer service or retail preferred
- Ability to analyze customer needs and recommend solutions
