Partner Forces is Hiring an Administrative Professional Near Washington, DC

Partner Forces, LLC., is seeking a Administrative Professional to support a Federal Homeland Security client that is charged with building critical infrastructure stakeholder capacity, security, and resilience. This position supports functions related to voluntary stakeholder partnership programs and activities.

Core Requirements & Essential Duties

  • Support administrative and programmatic operations, including providing administrative, analytical and logistical support to workshops, exercises, technical assistance visits and training.
  • Coordinate, manage, and provide logistical, administrative, and analytic support to meetings and events involving internal and external stakeholders, to include managing stakeholder databases, tracking attendance, drafting and distributing meeting material, providing background, summary and presentation material; taking minutes, developing after action reports, and other activities as required, involving key stakeholders.
  • Maintain consistently high level of organization and accuracy in all work.
  • Provide high-level administrative support by conducting research, preparing statistical reports, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings.
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external personnel.

Preferred Requirements

  • Ability to obtain and maintain DHS HQ suitability required; current preferred.
  • BA/BS or MA/MS degree required.
  • 3 to 10 years of relevant professional experience required.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
